All reservations inclusive any extras must be paid by a bank transfer no later than 2 weeks after the reservation, unless otherwise agreed.

If the reservation is cancelled 3 months prior to the arrival date, then the deposit will be fully refunded. In all other cases, no refund will be given.

We are coorporating with varoius travel agencies around the world who can book Twins Hotel and in addition to that they are also able to book flight tickets, if you are not doing that yourselves at a low costs airline.
